A plan … especially an Emergency Response Plan … is only a working plan if you can share it effectively!

Share the context, the orientation and the aspects of the appropriate response that participants can quickly understand and implement.
All facilities, installations and critical processes legally (and logically) should have a plan for dealing with reasonably foreseeable circumstances. In many cases, parts of the documented plan can be repurposed to provide effective tools that will help with practice or simulation exercises and – if needed – assist with a timely response in the event of an emergency.
Visualisation tools are an important tool for briefing, planning and keeping track (the best you can) of a developing situation. Making the best use of existing resources – such as illustrations and site response plans – is an economic way to create a relevant visualisation tool that will help assure your facility, team and planned preparedness.
